Marketing/Office Assistant - Part Time

We are currently hiring for an Office & Marketing Assistant in our busy Stevens Point Office. The right candidate will be upbeat, positive and friendly with an outgoing personality. QuickBooks experience or other accounting software is required.
The Office & Marketing Assistant will provide administrative support by completing the following:
Quickbooks entry and maintenance of
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Receiving payments and preparing bank deposits
Filing/scanning/copying
Assist with data entry
Daily timesheets
Payroll
Inventory
Preparing payroll in excel spreadsheet
Provide exceptional customer service by performing the following:
Answer phones
Monitor office email account
Schedule jobs and estimates
Follow up with customers/review paperwork
Assist with organization of both cleaning and restoration division.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Assist with Marketing efforts to include but not be limited to, the maintenance of company social media accounts such as Facebook and website, creating flyers, outside marketing to agencies, attending networking events and socials, etc.
Be willing to assist in the field if necessary – including performing estimates, cleaning, inventory, pack-out, etc.
If a responsibility or task needs to be completed, fill-in as needed depending on priority.
