Job Summary:
PuroClean is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dedicated Sales Professionals team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, developing relationships, increase the base of recurring customers and signing Master Service Agreements for the leader in emergency property restoration services in the tri-county area. The ideal candidate will be a strong sales hunter who is passionate about in-person one to one sales, has the ability to gain the trust of the customers and closing deals. Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean® is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. Established sales goals are met or exceeded. Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. A PuroClean Sales Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective to objective marketing.
Build, maintain and service a ‘top 25 client’ list and provide lunch and learns and education courses.
Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business.
Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls and doing follow-up visits to ensure customers are satisfied.
Building brand awareness, promoting the ‘One Team’ culture and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service.
Developing and maintaining accurate and complete customer files, to enable easy tracking of an account's progress.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
Comfortable with setting and running appointments, presentations, educational classes and community events in a group setting
Experience selling a service rather a product to facility managers, office managers, and operations managers is preferred.
Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus and/or a background in any of the following: Residential/Commercial Property Insurance, Property Management, Insurance Brokerage Industry.
Effectively use of a CRM, Office, Outlook and Social Media Platforms.
