    PuroClean Professional Restoration is a growing emergency property damage restoration company specializing in water, fire, smoke and mold damage remediation, and biohazard remediation. We serve the Hudson Valley area, including Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, Ulster, Columbia, and Greene Counties and provide exceptional property damage remediation service delivered with an equal degree of compassion. PuroClean is a customer focused business.

    We have an immediate opportunity for a Business Development/Relationship Management Professional to enhance our business-to-business sales efforts in Dutchess, Putnam, and Orange County.

    Qualifications:

    • Personable, professional, presentable, and positive with strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Enthusiastic, open-minded, and results driven.

    • Strategic thinking and planning specific to sales success.

    • Excellent organizational skills.

    • Self- motivated with the ability to work independently and in unity with a team.

    • Proficient with Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

    • Proficient with technology and able to learn various PuroClean proprietary software.

    • Experience in insurance restoration or property management sales a plus but willing to train the right individual.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Maintain and develop existing relationships with insurance agencies, adjusters, and property management companies in a structured process.

    • Identifying and developing new and ongoing business opportunities through prospecting.

    • Develop and maintain key relationships with clients including but not limited to: Property Managers, Contractors, Business owners, Healthcare, Hospitality, Agents, Brokers, Insurance adjusters, Maintenance teams etc.

    • Participate in industry events 2-4 times per month such as networking and promotional events including continuing education seminars, business mixers, chamber breakfasts, and other social events.

    • Join associations withing the industry that will generate leads.

    • Utilize CRM software to manage new and existing relationships and maintain records of all marketing activities daily.

    • Coordinate with project team and office staff regarding leads, ongoing projects, and referrals.

    • When applicable, represent PuroClean at Tradeshows/Golf Outings and similar events to create business opportunities.
