You will be a critical contributor in PurpleSun’s Customer Solutions hub and empowered with a significant amount of responsibility. Working closely with our CEO and senior business development team, you will work to serve the company’s established health system partners, develop new customer relationships, and present new products to healthcare systems and enterprise customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in business or scientific field.
Solid understanding of Microbiology and Infection Prevention
8-10 years experience
Successful in a fast paced startup environment
Access to a reliable vehicle
Email, Zoom, phone and face-to-face sales experience with Hospitals
Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
Understanding the Hospitals' purchasing cycles, protocols, and navigation of the healthcare market for capital equipment
Proficient problem solving skills and self starter
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent technical presentation skills
A strong initiative with exceptional customer service skills
Tech Savvy and comfortable with utilizing multiple software platforms and CRM
Filter and manage a large volume of customer leads
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Documented experience as a strong performer in current and past positions
High energy, helpful and enthusiastic. “No task is too big or too small” attitude
Strong character with poise and professional control under pressure

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Be a master of presentation and communications skills, tactical sales abilities and master of building relationships
Support PurpleSun’s customer solutions team with sales and business development relationships
Master and deliver customer-facing technical presentations
Filter, and manage incoming customer leads
Presenting new products to multiple decision-makers
Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
Gather, analyze, and deliver information from the field to allow the company to develop successful sales strategies
Communicate daily with team members
Be team player and contribute to startup-like activities as needed
Follow and document our sales process
