At Push Digital Group, a Website Account Executive is responsible for leading and managing the development of websites and digital projects for our clients. They work closely with clients, designers, developers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage website and digital projects from start to finish, including project planning, scoping, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage budgets and invoicing for all things related to the development department (including invoicing for websites, domains, and emails)
• Work with the Web Accounts Lead, designers, and developers to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met, and that projects are delivered to a high standard of quality
• Manage the administration side of the development team, including domain and hosting renewals and invoicing
• Monitor website project progress and proactively address any issues that arise
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and ensure that projects are delivered using the latest technologies and techniques
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure project success

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in website project management, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong experience with project management tools and methodologies – including Asana, Slack, Wordpress, SalesForce, and Figma
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with website development and design processes
• Experience with domain management and domain registrars
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
