The Role
Every day will be a bit different (our clients keep us on our toes!), but here’s a good overview of what your daily responsibilities will look like:
Accounts Payable: Oversee and manage the accounts payable (AP) process, including entry of invoices into AP system and payment of open items via ACH, auto-drafts, etc., to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with senior finance staff, colleagues, and external clients/vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
Treasury Management: Monitor and manage cash outflows, record transactions accurately, and implement effective cash management practices to optimize cash flow.
Manage Expense Reporting: Review and approve employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies. Provide guidance to employees on expense reporting procedures.
Company Payroll: Complete the semi-monthly payroll process for the entire company, ensuring accurate and timely pay to employees. Collaborate with HR and finance to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience. This is a full-time position and is based in our Charleston, SC headquarters. While this is an in-office role, we offer the flexibility to work from home if it is approved by your manager.
