JOB OVERVIEW:
As an Global Sales manager of Puzhen, one should handle and manage all matters related to sales & marketing of “Puzhen” branded products to big US majors private labels/ wholesale customers and as well as the Global market in the field of Health and Wellness. Act as the brain of the sales and marketing team, develop strategies and drive sales for “Puzhen branded items. One should also analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities and threats facing the company and take all required actions to optimize the company’s return.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Take part in strategic meetings with clients and management in the development of business plans
· Developing new B2B overseas clients.
· Developing sales in potential of Aroma Diffusers and Essential Oils in global markets.
· Ability to meet sales goal on time and as budgeted.
· Building and cultivating customer relationships at all levels.
· Managing and supporting key accounts and sales channels.
· Work closely with the supply chain manager and the logistics partner to ensure that all clients’ ordered merchandises are delivered on time.
· Liaise with clients from time to time and provide the top management with feedbacks from clients to revamp order-processing procedures, product design, functions and profitability.
· Keep abreast of the new development of the market and proactively adjust or adopt strategies for the customer’s needs.
· Following up closely with Customer’s products development schedule and annual sales cycle with Puzhen’s R/D and logistic departments.
· Keep an eye on the actions of competitors to make sure Puzhen is always one step ahead of Puzhen’s competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing or related area,
· 7+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in related consumer products area (serving big health and wellness product with handling major national chain account experience is desirable.)
· Proven solid record of sales and revenue.
· Capabilities using G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint) computer products.
· With bright analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Well organized, career-minded and time management efficiency.
· Willing to travel to meet with clients monthly.
· High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive.
· Comfortable working in a start-up team environment and can maintain flexibility and grit.
· Solid experiences in dealing with Business to Business (B2B) clients, from opening accounts to delivery.
· . Able to work under stress in a team environment with strong problem-solving mindset. •Be result-oriented.
