PUZZLEHR IS RECRUITING ON BEHALF OF VIEW CLEANERS

About the Job: Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent service to our clients, and maintain a high level of quality garment care. You will also be expected to help supervise the facility crew, as needed.  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead opening and closing procedures for the store
• Manage customer inquiries via multiple platforms
• Plan delivery orders
• Assist in the supervision of facility staff
• General store maintenance as needed

Qualification:

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Reliable Transportation
• High School Diploma
