DURATION- 12+ MONTHS
WORK HOURS - Between 7 am and 6 pm (Once a month may be needed in the evening to accommodate Int’l classes from 6 pm to 10 pm

To help meet this demand, the Global Leadership, Learning and Development (GLL&D) team is seeking highly motivated and skilled full-time contract employees to join the GLL&D team to serve as a technical producer.
The Virtual Technical Producer (VTP) – Plays a critical role in transforming virtual training into trouble-free, fluid, interactive events that keep learners involved and the facilitator on track. In short, the producer enables the facilitator to focus on the content and engaging participants, while the producer manages the entire in-session, learner experience.
A technical producer is assigned to each virtual class to support the facilitator and participants with technical needs. Support includes, but not limited to, explaining to each class how to navigate the features of each delivery platform, presenting media rich content, (audio and video), managing participants access into the virtual classroom, creating and monitoring breakout sessions, monitoring and responding to chat discussions and troubleshooting any technical issues for participants and/or facilitators.
