    Job Description

     

    The primary responsibilities of this position are to ensure the completion and integrity of the new account process and to ensure account maintenance transactions are updated consistently across both internal and clearing firm databases.

    Position Duties/Responsibilities: This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

    1. Monitor and process in New Business Solution (Internal program) – includes API monitor and Manual Review Queue
    2. Process various reports including – Householding, Option Verification, NIGO, Closed Account, Discretionary, US Certification, Omnibus, and 15C3-3
    3. Process Account Feature requests including Check writing, Margins and Options and Account Update Requests
    4. Process Beneficiary Changes
    5. Process tax related paperwork
    6. Perform other duties as assigned.
