    TITLE: Customer Service Sales/Outbound Calls

    LOCATION: San Antonio, TX, 78251

    DURATION: 12+ months (possible extension)

    WORKING HOURS: 8hrs per day i.e 40hrs per week

     

    Note: 100% onsite job at Office from 1st day and COVID Test required before joining.

     

    TRAINING (3 DAYS) : From 9am-5pm Central Time

    FULL TIME ROLE: 12:30PM to 9PM (Monday-Friday) Central Time

     

    DESCRIPTION:

    · Make outbound calls to people who have created and/or abandoned a quote.

    · Outgoing, able to hear objections and overcome them, take charge person.

    · Metrics-driven environment so candidates with customer service/call center experience usually do well.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The primary responsibility of a Lead Specialist is to call potential customers (prospects) and put them in contact with a licensed Nationwide agent.
    • The setting is fast paced and achieving the call center metrics is pivotal to success in the role.
    • Associates will need to work through objections to being transferred and sell client while building rapport within their conversations.
    • An additional responsibility is to answer occasional incoming calls from select states.
    • The ideal candidate will be self-sustaining and able to make general decisions as necessary based on experience and understanding of the role.
    • Role requires all desk work and long periods of sitting. General computer knowledge is also required.
