Job Description
TITLE: STAFFING COORDINATOR LOCATION: AZ; TEMPE DURATION: 7 MONTHS JOB DESCRIPTION: Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Daily maintenance of the applicant tracking system database, including requisition management, status of candidates, overnight queries, correspondence relating to status of interviews and dispositioning of candidates. • Posting of open positions to external job boards, and the closing of filled requisitions. • Interaction and communication with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external vendors as it pertains to staffing issues/needs. • Communicate with perspective candidates over the phone on application, background check and other documents related to the staffing process. • Partner with Staffing Operations team on all recruitment lifecycle workflows and projects as needed. • Support of the candidate offer process by auditing offer documents. • May provide basic internet candidate searches for recruiters. • Invoice processing for Recruiter expenses. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • 1-3 years relevant experience in a professional setting. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills that include presenting the department professionally in all contact with internal or external partners.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and great follow-up skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects. • Possess a “team-first” attitude. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Experience with Recruiting and/or HR software packages a plus (such as Taleo, Workday, etc.). • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience desired
