LOCATION: 10 West Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215
WORKING HOURS: 8 hrs. in a day || 40 hrs. in a week
DURATION: 8 months (possible extension)
TENTATIVE START DATE: Nov 8th, 2021
WORK FROM HOME- POSSIBLY IMPLEMENTING THE HYBRID MODEL (ONE WEEK IN THE OFFICE/ONE WEEK HOME)
IMP HM NOTES:
- We are looking for a candidate to provide cross-functional communications and marketing support to the Retirement Solutions Marketing department.
- Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in communications, marketing or related field with a knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Power-Point and Excel.
- Must be a self-starter and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Interviews will be scheduled for Teams Video with hiring manager.
- There is a definite potential to extend this contract.
DESCRIPTION:
JOB PROFILE SUMMARY:
- Plans, develops and implements complex internal and/or external communication programs.
- Designs and provides advice to management on communication plans for an assigned business unit
EXPERIENCE:
- Five years’ experience in a communications field including leading corporate communications projects, editing and writing, communications coaching, developing & executing communications projects.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Proven knowledge in communication techniques and strategies.
- Demonstrated knowledge in advertising, public relations, and sales marketing communication concepts.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Must have the ability to lead communications projects.
- Must have the ability to analyse business needs and develop communications plans and programs.
- Must be able to research, plan and develop communications strategies and programs.
- Must have the ability to influence creative service teams and management.
- Must have the ability to prepare and present verbal presentations and demonstrations translating policy and technical concepts to all types of audiences.
- Must have high-level verbal and written communication skills.
- May require bilingual skills i.e., English and Spanish.
