The Contract Administrator is responsible for interacting with all key partners and applicable department heads, with regards to preparing, negotiating, reviewing, and collecting fully executed service contracts from outside providers. The Contract Administrator will manage contracts for Pyramid Network Services, LLC and its affiliated entities: Mission 1 Communications, LLC and Pyramid Power, LLC, to ensure that both parties are complicit with the terms of the contract. Essential Functions of the Job
Clerical
Review and update existing contracts and abstracts.
Track and review contracts for pending expiration and renewal dates.
Prepare service agreements/contracts.
Maintain organized system of physical and digital records.
Ensure fully executed copies of service agreements and contracts are received from all parties.
Ensure all deadlines and conditions explained on contract are met.
Attend meetings to assess progress on projects which are in motion.
Legal
Explain terms and conditions to all required parties.
Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
Stay up to date with legislative changes and coordinate with legal department as needed.
Create language standards for existing and new contracts.
Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring projects remain within established budget.
Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal law regulations.
Other
Must demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and respect with candidates, team and business partners.
Coordinate with outside legal representation on required client contract changes.
Coordinate and assist in the qualification or renewed qualification process with new clients.
Ensure adequate insurance coverage is provided from insurance carriers for services performed and obtain additional policies when required.
Requirements
Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional qualifications in law are preferred; strong analytical and organizational skills.
This position requires a valid New York State Driver’s License.
