Phyton Talent Advisors has wonderful opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketer to join a real estate investment firm. As a DIGITAL MARKETER you will drive investor engagement through cross channel digital marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will develop, implement, track and optimize campaigns across channels including Paid/SEM, SEO, website, social and more. Using your expert, up-to-date grasp of marketing tools, strategies, and best practices, you will manage campaigns from concept to execution to analysis. You will have experience in executing campaigns in these channels to achieve lead-gen and engagement KPIs to align with business goals. Your experience should include some breadth of marketing tools, and a depth specifically in Google AdWords, SEO tools, leadgen forms. This role will persistently use analytics and data to inform performance, adjustments, and opportunities. Understanding of the Investment or Financial space, high net worth investors, and how digital marketing can be optimized for the space is a strong bonus coming into this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide recommendations for digital campaigns and opportunities to grow awareness and acquisition.
- Manage and optimize each channel per that channel’s best practices, and also support/drive cross-channel content and deal/product campaigns.
- Execute from an expertise in channel specific platforms/practices (Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Marketing Automation), with understanding larger customer journey and HNW investor engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with demand generation and lead generation innovations, best-practices, tools and techniques, stay informed of digital media, technology, design, business and market trends,
- Manage Paid platforms: Google AdWords, Bing, more: Managing spend, campaign, ad copy, landing page. Optimizing.
- Implement best practices in SEO using SEO analytics, knowledge of best practice, and working with website, keywords, backlinking strategy and more.
- Across channels, contribute to lead identification, and collaborate on lead scoring practices.
- Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to optimize campaigns, investor communications, and brand opportunities.
- A/B test and otherwise identify winning strategy and content.
- Continually develop, refine and test insights on investor’s needs and behaviors: Persistently use that knowledge to deepen investor engagement in the customer journey.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent understanding of the search channels, social channels, and other digital channels.
- Excellent communication.
- A highly organized and self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and go above and beyond.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and passion
- Collaborative approach to integrated campaigns
- Experience reviewing analytics and identifying actionable insights.
- Experience and/or knowledge in the investment space or commercial real estate space.
- Experience with digital platforms in the martech stack including: google adwords, google analytics, SEO tools, email automation (salesforce or Eloqua), leadgen form creators.
- Experience in leading initiatives to transform digital platforms to the next level
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study.
