    We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our small team!

    You will be responsible for helping our commercial clients across the nation and interacting with the suppliers to deliver case resolution. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
    • Ability to work independently
    • Willingness to show and use initiative to solve the issues
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous office work experience essential
