We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our small team!
You will be responsible for helping our commercial clients across the nation and interacting with the suppliers to deliver case resolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to show and use initiative to solve the issues
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous office work experience essential
