Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls from prospective clients • Leverage the latest technology and tools such as Zillow, Q & U, and Compass for marketing residential properties • Handle full sales transaction management from contract to close • Earn a consistent income stream by pursuing additional opportunities • Negotiate terms and close deals • Lead and coach agents to increase their productivity • Maintain knowledge of current real estate market trends and changes • Meet or exceed established sales goals Qualifications: • Active and valid real estate license in good standing • Demonstrated success in sales • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in using technology and social media for marketing purposes • Experience with the Zillow Flex platform Compensation: $110,500 at plan earnings
