Responsibilities: We can provide new and experienced agents: • 10-20 Showing opportunities per month • Weekly Open House opportunities • Leads generation from multiple established sources including Zillow flex systems partnership, Google enhanced advertising and placement, and our extensive existing database • Support Services including Contract to Close Transaction Coordination • No franchise fees, desk fees, or monthly subscription costs • 8-week on-boarding training including a 3-day in-depth onboarding and online supported materials • Weekly Small Groups Coaching with like agents and Weekly Masterminds New agents are trained to become the top 3% of agents in the market who can expect to lose an average of 2-3 transactions a month with team-generated leads.
