    Location: Wayzata MN

    Schedule: Full Time: M,T,Th 7:45am-5:30pm; W,F 1pm-5:30pm

    Start: March 2026

    Children: 3 children ages 6yrs, 4yrs, 20mo

    Salary: $24-$28 depending on experience level

    Wayzata family seeking an experienced Nanny/Household Manager to help care for their 3 children.

    • Consistent daily rhythm for kids and nanny

    • Coverage provided at all times when kids are home

    • Built-in flexibility for errands, meal prep, and after-school care

    This role blends childcare with proactive household management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a nanny or house manager, strong initiative, and the ability to anticipate family needs before being asked. This person should bring a sense of ownership, structure, and attention to detail.

    Key Expectations Include:

    Be proactive in maintaining a smooth daily routine for the children.

    School drop off and pickup as needed (including meeting at bus stop)

    Safe driving record and ability to transport kids in vehicle.

    Ensure all children are always supervised when home.

    Minimal pet care: let the dog outside in fences in back yard.

    Plan ahead for weekly grocery needs, including snacks and ingredients for school lunches as well as packing school lunches as needed.

    Prepare and execute 2–3 family dinners per week. (the youngest has a dairy and egg allergy).

    Maintain a tidy and organized home, including kitchen, play areas, and children's laundry.

    Handle light errands such as returns, restocking household supplies, and other ad hoc errands.

    Organize kids' items seasonally (clothes, school supplies, lunch gear).

    Be a positive and reliable presence for the children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities.

    Design a general schedule for the week for the kids that balances at home activities, education, outdoor / activities and "field trips" or ECFE courses for additional socialization.

    This position is best suited for someone who enjoys creating structure, being a calm and capable household presence, and helping a busy household run smoothly with minimal oversight.
