Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software QA Analyst to join the Quality Assurance Team here at Wolfe. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, including customer-facing platforms, internal tools, and digital engagement systems.
Responsibilities
Testing & Validation
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications, including e-commerce platforms, customer portals, and internal tools.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing across various environments.
- Validate user flows, forms, APIs, and integrations for accuracy and reliability.
Defect Management
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
Automation & Tools
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Testim, Appium, and RestAssured.
- Integrate QA processes with CI/CD pipelines to support agile development cycles.
Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain QA documentation including test cases, test results, and quality metrics.
- Provide regular reports on QA status, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

- Predictable Execution & Delivery: You will help ensure projects are completed within 10% of their estimated timelines by executing thorough test planning, early defect detection, and continuous collaboration with development teams. Your attention to detail and proactive communication help eliminate delays and support consistent delivery.
- AI Adoption & Productivity: You actively embrace AI-assisted tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. By the end of 2026, you aim to produce at least 35% of your test cases, scripts, and documentation using AI-powered solutions, contributing to faster cycle times and smarter quality practices.
- Architecture Team Integration : You collaborate with embedded Architecture team members to understand technical designs and ensure test coverage aligns with architectural goals. This partnership enhances your technical knowledge and helps you contribute to faster, more informed testing cycles.
- Business Understanding & Alignment: You stay closely aligned with quarterly product and technology goals, ensuring your testing efforts support the timely and successful delivery of key initiatives. Your work contributes to achieving a 70%+ completion rate of quarterly deliverables by validating features that meet business expectations.
- Cost Optimization : You support cost efficiency by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, reduce defect leakage, and optimize test environments. Your disciplined approach to testing helps minimize rework and contributes to overall technology cost savings.
- Quality & Error Reduction: You focus on reducing errors and improving code quality by promoting process rigor, early defect identification, and test automation. Your efforts help minimize reliance on QA as a gatekeeper and contribute to a year-over-year reduction in defect rates, driving long-term product stability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with test automation tools like Testim, Selenium, and Rest Assured.
- Familiarity with agile management systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with web services testing and microservices architecture.
- Experience in verifying database updates and backend validations.
- Previous experience as a Quality Analyst in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Pragmatic mindset with the ability to make tradeoffs and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills.
