QA Associate – Personal Injury / Mass Tort Discovery $60k–$70k | Remote | Temporary Contract Position About EsquireTek EsquireTek is a legal technology company helping law firms manage and complete the discovery process more efficiently. We combine experienced legal professionals with AI-assisted technology to support Personal Injury and Mass Tort firms throughout the discovery lifecycle. We’re looking for an experienced QA Associate to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This is a hands-on role that may rotate between client discovery calls, drafting discovery responses, and final quality assurance review depending on project needs. What You’ll Do

Review case files, discovery requests, and supporting documentation

Conduct structured discovery calls with clients to gather detailed factual information

Draft responses to Interrogatories, Requests for Production (RFPs), and Requests for Admission (RFAs)

Apply appropriate objections and jurisdictional formatting

Review and validate AI-assisted discovery responses for accuracy and completeness

Identify inconsistencies, missing information, improper objections, and potential AI-generated errors

Review discovery responses, exhibits, Bates stamps, and supporting documentation

Perform final QA review before discovery packages are delivered to law firm clients

Maintain high standards for accuracy, consistency, and turnaround times

What We’re Looking For

Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal assistant/paralegal experience

1–3+ years of civil litigation or discovery experience

Strong understanding of the discovery process

Experience drafting and/or reviewing discovery responses and objections

Strong legal writing and attention to detail

Ability to identify factual inconsistencies and incomplete responses

Comfortable working with AI-assisted legal technology

Able to work independently in a deadline-driven remote environment

Nice to Have

Personal Injury and/or Mass Tort experience

Experience conducting client discovery interviews or legal intakes

Experience performing final QA review of discovery responses

Spanish fluency

Compensation & Position Details Pay: $60k–$70k, based on experience Position: Temporary Contract Location: 100% Remote
