Job Title - QA Engineer - Automation & AI Native Testing

Duration - Full Term (90 Days Initial Engagement)

Work Mode- Onsite

Work Location- Plano, Tx

Position Summary:

We are looking for a QA Engineer who leads with automation and has experience integrating AI into their testing practice. The ideal candidate is capable of building a test automation framework from the ground up and treats AI-generated test coverage as a standard part of the development workflow rather than a post-sprint activity.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted test generation — AI assisted tools for tests
• Proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, or comparable end-to-end automation frameworks
• Ability to design and implement automated test suites covering unit, integration, and regression scenarios
• Familiarity with self-healing test frameworks for UI-heavy applications

Qualifications & Experience Required (5+ Years)

• 5+ years in QA with a primary focus on test automation, not manual testing
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch in greenfield or early-stage environments
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution
• API and performance testing exposure
• Mobile or Android application testing background

Required Education:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
