JOB PURPOSE:
The QA Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing accurate and timely quality review of purchase orders within the medical supplies’ fulfillment process. Serves as a subject matter expert and people leader supporting purchasing operations, supplier relationships, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. Provides day-to-day supervision, coaching, and quality oversight to ensure adherence to company policies, healthcare standards, and customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Provide daily operational supervision to QA Fulfillment staff, including task assignment, workload balancing, and quality monitoring.
§ Conduct ongoing quality audits of purchase orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations.
§ Coach, develop, and provide performance feedback to team members to improve accuracy, productivity, and adherence to standards.
§ Identify trends in order errors or quality issues and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
§ Partner with Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure consistent application of quality standards across fulfillment workflows.
§ Escalate systemic risks, recurring errors, or compliance concerns to the Quality Assurance Manager with recommended solutions.
§ Support process improvement initiatives by documenting gaps, testing solutions, and providing frontline insights.
§ Monitor team performance metrics related to order accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards; address deviations proactively.
§ Ensure team adherence to documentation, audit, and record‑retention requirements.
§ Participate in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries as requested.
§ Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to order fulfillment and quality review.
§ Serve as a resource for complex or non‑standard purchasing and fulfillment scenarios.
§ Perform additional duties as assigned to support business continuity and quality outcomes.
§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
§ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
§ Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
§ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
§ Strong interpersonal skills and problem resolution abilities.
§ Strong ability to assess workload and capacity of staff.
§ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
PREFFERED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
§ Prior experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory role supporting order fulfillment, purchasing, or quality review strongly preferred.
§ Experience working in a regulated environment (healthcare, medical devices, durable medical equipment, or insurance‑adjacent operations) preferred.
