Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team at our facility in Broadview, IL, 60155. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess a strong understanding of quality control processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Calipers and Micrometers, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and Quality Control Software to perform quality inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure products meet specifications
• Conduct quality control data analysis and root cause analysis to identify and address issues
• Experience with GD&T and PPAP process
• Utilize Hexagon, Mitutoyo, and PC-DMIS machines for quality inspections

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Quality inspection experience
• Root cause analysis experience
• Knowledge of Quality Control Software

Salary info:
