Position: Quality Assurance Manager (Food)
Location: Clifton, New Jersey area
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Engineering discipline (preferred).
- PCQI certified or SQF Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Sanitation, Pest Control, HACCP, GMP, FSMA, BRC, USDA, FDA, GFSI, Non-GMO, Halal, and Kosher.
- Liaison with R&D for New Product labeling and nutritional guidelines. Insure FDA regulatory compliance. Maintain Allergen Control program.
- Review, Investigate and resolve Customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide employee training for Quality compliance of GMP, BRC, SQF, HACCP and Food Quality Safety.
- Supervise Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and 5S programs.
- Oversee QA testing for all Production and Packaging lines. Manage 3rd party Audits and Laboratories.
- Implement Traceability and Mock Recall procedures and practices.
