Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Transformation QA Test Lead for a position in Columbus, OH.

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing QA and UAT testing activities for SAP, Salesforce, and integrated platforms
• Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and completion reports.
• Coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders.
• Ensure defect triage and resolution processes are followed.
• Operationalize insights for steady-state enablement.
• Create traceability matrices and ensure compliance with lifecycle deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7 – 10 years testing experience with 3 – 5 years’ experience leading a team of testers
• SAP and Salesforce testing experience
• Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role
• Able to travel up to 50% to either Merrillville, IN (south of Chicago) and Columbus OH
• Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest – must have (Hands On)
• Experience with other testing tools (test automation, performance testing) – nice to have
• Utilities industry experience – nice to have but highly preferred.
• Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skills
• PMP and other test technology certifications – nice to have
• Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks to include SAFE
• Experience with Gen AI tooling for testing acceleration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB Certification
• Experience with CI/CD integration
