    Job Description

    PennDOT is seeking an experienced QA Tester to support application testing efforts in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on iOS mobile testing. The QA Tester will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing various testing activities to ensure high-quality software releases.

    Required Skills & Experience

    4+ years of QA / software testing experience in an Agile environment

    3+ years of iOS mobile application testing experience

    Strong experience with:

    Functional, system, regression, and integration testing

    Test planning, test cases, test scripts, and test data

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    Experience working with cross-functional application and release teams

    Role Responsibilities

    Review and understand Test Team work plans

    Plan, develop, execute, and manage product, system, and assembly tests

    Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and entry/exit criteria

    Identify, track, and resolve defects, risks, and issues

    Assist with release control processes and installation testing

    Support and guide junior testers as needed

    Maintain and improve testing standards, procedures, and environments

    Coordinate testing activities with Application Teams and Program Managers

    Provide accurate status updates and meet assigned timelines

    Ensure solutions meet business and system requirements

    Follow established quality and testing standards
