Job Summary
Data Entry Processing Coordinators perform data entry, interact with non-US citizen, and perform processing efforts in support of humanitarian efforts. They are responsible for maintaining the well-being of non-US citizen outside of a secure complex, to include inventorying, tagging, and storing non-US personal property for tracking purposes.
Responsibilities
Comply with all applicable Government regulations, policies and procedures when visiting or working at Government facilities.
Receive apprehended non-US citizen. Store and track detainee personal property.
Provide for non-US citizen security and well-being while they are in Government custody Perform data entry up to 8 hours per day.
Draft and maintain administrative paperwork related to the processing of non-US citizen.
Draft and maintain reports concerning the transportation and deportation of detained non-US citizen.
Log information about detained non-US citizen into Government information systems, including the status of welfare checks and conditions while in custody.
Conduct roll calls for non-US citizen.
Perform duties related to care of non-US citizen in custody.
Assist with transport of non-US citizen to court proceedings and medical facilities.
Qualifications
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years’ experience performing data entry
Experience working as part of a Team consisting at least 5 to 20 people
Possess a current Tier 4 or Tier 5 level Security clearance or from prior Government organization, preferred
Must be able to pass pre-employment and periodic background checks
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Tier 4 or Tier 5 level Security clearance Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
Skilled in operating personal computer and utilizing various software packages, such as, Microsoft (MS) Office applications such as MS Word and Excel to complete assignment.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver license.
