Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Manual inspections to identify surface defects using micrometres, callipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
Interpret Blueprints, GD&T experience per ASME/ANSI standards.
Documenting defects and creating Non-Conforming Material Reports
2 years’ experience in a Quality Control environment.
Experience with machined components in all phases of inspection, including receiving
Proven experience with manual inspection techniques and tools.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Experience with engine parts is a plus
Responsibilities:
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined components, assemblies, and finished products
Working experience with high-precision measurements
Manual inspections using micrometres, callipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T experience per ASME/ANSI standards.
Non-conformance reports (NCRs) and Inspection Report experience
