About Us: QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice committed to helping patients with arthritis, sports-related injuries, and chronic joint pain without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain medications. We are located in Latham, NY and looking to expand throughout the Capital Region. Our teams primary focus is on patient care/concierge medicine, but we also strive on cultivating a team atmosphere.

Position Details:

Initial schedule: 1-2 days per week, totaling 4-8 days per month.

Every Wednesday: Regular clinic opening day.

Additional days as new locations open

Hours: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (may vary)

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, upholding standard of professionalism in all patient interactions.

Address patient needs promptly while focusing on streamlining clinic operations.

Administrative Efficiency:

Execute administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Ensure timely completion of administrative duties for smooth clinic functioning.

Clinical Procedures:

Utilize medical knowledge for tasks like taking vitals and drawing blood samples.

Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Guide patients through procedures in a timely and professional manner; accurately label samples for injection preparation.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong multitasking and stress management abilities.

Proficient computer skills.

Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Fosters honesty, integrity, and a growth mindset.

Promotes positivity and is reliable and trustworthy.

Must be a team player.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 1 year of Phlebotomy experience.

1 year of customer service/receptionist experience.

1 year of Medical Terminology experience preferred.

Sales background is a plus.

Experience in a clinic/patient setting is preferred.

Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification is required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
