QC Kinetix, the fastest growing regenerative medicine practice in the country, is excited to announce it is looking for a part-time Front Office Concierge for our Warwick, RI and Fall River, MA clinics. The current position will be two days a week, Wednesdays in Warwick, and Thursdays in Fall River. The hours are from 7:30am-6pm with the opportunity to move to full-time as we grow. This position is ideal for an ambitious administrative professional who wants to help grow a business with potential growth opportunities.

QC Kinetix is a concierge medical practice. The Front Office Concierge must greet and interact with patients in a way that ensures a positive experience. Must have a dynamic professional attitude in helping manage patient flow through the clinic. Our ideal candidate is attentive and detail oriented, energetic, and should provide exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.

The Role:

· Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.

· Maintain strict confidentiality.

· Protect medical records from loss or defacement.

· Will be trained to use SalesForce and Practice Fusion.

· Must manage follow-up appointment scheduling, as well as cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling requests.

· Manage payments including credit applications.

· Manage new patient in-take and consent forms.

· Manage supply ordering.

· Ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented. Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

· Must provide own reliable transportation.

Qualifications:

Background as a medical assistant or in medical office management, especially a concierge medical practice, is a plus.

Salary: $25.00 an hour, plus bonus tied to clinic performance. Lunch is provided on clinic days.

Locations will be for both our clinics in Warwick, RI and Fall River, MA.
