    Join us at QC Kinetix, the fastest-growing regenerative medicine practice in the country! We are looking for a new PA that can independently lead a team in an outpatient clinic with remote physician supervision. Competitive base pay and potential performance-based structure will be offered commensurate with experience. Position will be part-time with two (2) to four (4) days per week in clinics, including Saturdays.

    The PA must be able to complete a musculoskeletal physical examination and review any prior imaging to help determine a diagnosis. the ideal team member:

    Work shoulder to shoulder with a team of medical assistants and sale consultants.

    Communicate with patients in a clear, professional manner.

    Obtain a history centered around patient's chief complaints.

    Perform musculoskeletal injections.

    Complete documentation of medical charts accurately and in a timely manner.

    Our goal is to help patients defeat debilitating pain, whether caused by arthritis, sports related injuries, or chronic joint issues, without resorting to the use of surgery, steroids, or pain medicine.

    Responsibilities include:

    Do no harm. Upholds the highest standards of concierge and regenerative medicine and always adheres to the QC Kinetix mission statement.

    Focus on patient service in person and on the phone prior, during, and after each treatment.

    Identify important factors/considerations to provide safe, quality patient care.

    Sport medicine/Orthopedic focused exams.

    Musculoskeletal injections in an out-patient setting. Prior experiences preferred but will provide training.

    Comfortable with communicating with other medical professionals in obtaining any necessary documents to provide quality care.

    Ability to read and interpret X-ray and MRI.

    Utilize musculoskeletal ultrasound (when needed) to assist with making diagnoses and performing injections.

    Provide accountability and accept responsibility on core values, goal achievement and standards for self and team including punctuality and concierge patient care.

    Daily travel to Houston area clinics (no overnights).

    Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    Required licensing and experience:

    2-years practicing as PA.

    Must be licensed in the state of Texas.

    Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care.

    Preferred - orthopedics, sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and/or pain management.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of patients in diverse communities.

    Ability to interact with staff in a team environment.

    Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.

    Comprehensive knowledge of modern principles and techniques of general medicine, as traditionally practiced.

    Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.

    Ability to observe, assess, record symptoms, reactions and progress.

    Commitment to work some Saturdays.

    Compensation:

    Hourly based on experience ($45 - $55/hour)

    Clinic performance goal achievement
