Quality Control Lab Technician

Area: Springboro / South Dayton Area
Shift: 2nd

Job Summary:

• Perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products
• Accurately document test results using LIMS systems and Microsoft tools
• Investigate non-conforming or unexpected results and support root cause analysis
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and ensure proper labeling of materials
• Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment

Requirements:

• General lab knowledge or exposure (school, internship, or work)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Trainable, coachable, and open to a structured learning environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
