Technical Source is currently searching for a QC Specialist for our pharmaceutical manufacturing client located in the Western NC area. Qualified candidates will have experience in performing environmental monitoring sample collection in field or benchtop analytical testing of environmental monitoring samples in support pharmaceutical drug manufacturing operations.

     Responsibilities of the QC Specialist include:

• Perform environmental monitoring sample collection in field

• Perform and document bench analytical testing procedures such as TOC, conductivity, and Endotoxin testing

• Prepare and follow correct sample chain of custody procedures for samples taken in field

• Conduct and participate in root cause investigations and CAPAs

   

  Qualifications of the QC Specialist include:

   

• 2+ years of experience in QC benchtop analysis, testing, or EM sample collection (Conductivity (PH testing); Endotoxin; BB sample testing experience)

• Bachelors or Associates degree in related field preferred

• Available to work a 6 month project onsite in Western NC

   

  Compensation for the QC Specialist include:

   

• Pay of $75,000 – $120,000 based on experience and fit

• Lodging and meal per diem will be provided in addition to a competitive hourly rate
