QDI® also maintains branches in Tucson, AZ, Houston, Dallas, Spring, TX, Springdale, AR, and Anaheim, CA. The company services a nationwide customer base, which includes but is not limited to architects, designers, flooring dealers, contractors, pool builders, home builders and wholesalers.

    QDI Surfaces® is in the business of supplying a wide variety of high-quality porcelain and natural stone flooring and wall materials at the best possible price to the U.S. market. We are an industry leader and one of the largest direct importers and wholesale distributors in the country, with millions of square feet of inventory in stock and readily available. We are one of the largest natural stone importers and distributors in the United States. Our product lines include limestone, travertine, marble, glass and other natural stone products maintaining some of the largest inventories in the industry. Our materials are used for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications, both commercial and residential.

    We are seeking a dynamic customer service professional to join our team.  This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and is vital to our company’s success given the direct interaction with our customers.  The responsibilities of theCustomer Service Representative include:

    • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
    • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
    • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
    • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
    • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
    • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM and every other Saturday.  We offer health, vision, dental, paid time off, and company matching 401K.

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

    • University/college degree is an asset

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
