    Job Summary We are seeking a QIDP (Qualified Individual Disability Personnel) to assist with the responsibilities to supervise and manage assigned DCCI residential home(s) and staff. Responsibilities will include ongoing review of DCCI programs to ensure that services are provided in a comprehensive manner. The Program Director will direct the following areas: service plan compliance; compliance with waiver requirements; compliance with all licensing regulations, quality assurance of programs and team support. It will be your responsibility to identify gaps and areas of improvement within our community, and help create a plan of action to solve these problems. This can include speaking directly with our persons supported to help identify needs in order to instruct direct support staff on care, working with other employees to find solutions to issues, and overall contribution to DCCI'S program as a whole.

    Key Responsibilities

    Ensure policies in Department on Disability Services, Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration are being met at all times

    Serves as an active liaison at Annual ISP meetings or conferences for persons supported

    Ensure State, Federal, and District regulations are being met at all times

    Ensure compliance with all clients Individual Support Plan, appointments, housing goals and objectives are being met

    Review and ensure accuracy of active treatment/behavior data collections forms and documentation of all progress reporting requirements, i.e., incident reports, progress notes, timesheets, etc.

    Ensure program books in person supported homes are up to date at all times

    Ensure that key information regarding programs is communicated to management and staff in a timely manner

    Write outcomes, goals, quarterlies and strategies as part of the person supported planning process and work with the staff to ensure that progress is being made towards the achievement of those outcomes, goals, and strategies

    Ensure that medical services for person supported are completed as required

    Ensure that all services that we provided are authorized and have been successfully inputted into LTSS/PCIS

    Facilitate staff trainings

    Meet with persons supported to determine their needs

    Research and implement new programs to improve community inclusion

    Ensure regulatory compliance at every step

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s or higher in social work or equivalent field desired

    DDA/DDS Experience and Policy knowledge desired

    Experience with social work desired

    Experience in a people-facing role

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Experience with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office suite

    Google drive experience desired
