Job Description

QJ North America is looking for an entry level technical (non-IT) and parts support associate. This position is primarily a parts/technical support role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, flexibility, and a willingness to learn about various products to excel. A background in automotive, powersports, or power equipment parts or mechanical work is a plus but not necessary to apply. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming customer calls across various product lines for mainly mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

· Be able to handle calls from first contact through resolution, including pulling/packing/shipping of parts to resolve technical concerns

· Organize and maintain product and spare parts inventory

· Learn/provide technical guidance and solutions to Customers

· Pull, pack, and ship parts

· Operate Warehouse equipment, including pallet jack and forklift as needed

Physical requirements:

· Use of basic and specialized hand tools

· Frequent lifting/bending/standing

· Be able to handle/move items up to 50lbs with or without assisting equipment

· Be able to use various types of equipment to move/handle items over 50lbs

Preferred Skills:

· Strong mechanical aptitude or technical background/experience

· Strong Customer focus

· Detail oriented

· Product handling experience

· Microsoft Office Excel/Outlook proficiency

· Automotive/Powersports/Power equipment parts or service support experience desired

· Strong Organizational skills

· Familiarity with parts and technical documentation and terms

· Background in general applied sciences

· Familiarity with specialty tools and instruments
