QMACS, Inc., a well-established medical billing company located in Richardson, Texas. Currently we are seeking a full-time Medical A/R Report Analyst to provide report preparation and analysis.

**** Previous Medical Billing & Financial Analysis experience required ****

DUTIES

• Support the reporting and analytical needs of the revenue cycle leaders in management and empower users with data across the organization
• Generate month-end reports for the organization along with required ad-hoc reports
• Identify and recommend process changes that will improve revenue cycle
• Perform ongoing analysis to determine the root cause of issues and provide recommendations for workflow process modifications

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in data analytics or accounting, preferably in a medical billing setting
• Experience in analytical and computer skills, as well as ability to meet strong deadlines
• Complete understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle process
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas) Required
• Analyze information looking for trends and anomalies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Detail minded
• Good time management
• Quality results focused
