Part Time Customer Service Field Installer
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Part-time Customer Service Field Installer (Eastern Massachusetts) to complete QMedic medical alert system installations in the state of Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is someone who will go above and beyond to support the needs of QMedic's members, who are typically frail and struggling to live independently. QMedic's clients include Fortune 500 health insurance plans that depend on us to deliver timely and superior customer service to their highest-risk members. Roles and Responsibilities: -Complete QMedic service installations throughout Eastern Massachusetts for aging, blind and disabled members -Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure subscriber satisfaction with each service installation. -Gather feedback from members to streamline the QMedic experience and improve field service operations. -Be able to commit 10-20 hours/week to service installations. This Customer Service Field Installer role will be a part-time W2 position--typically 10-20 hours/week--depending on installation and maintenance schedules and ongoing needs for QMedic subscribers. Rate is $25 per hour. Qualifications: Have consistent access to a car and required auto insurance. Have a valid Driver's License. Submit to a criminal background check and drug test prior to hire. Provide at least 2 references to speak to your character and work history. Gas reimbursement will be provided for all company-related travel and service installations.
