Job Description

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a multi-office national law firm, is seeking a civil defense litigation attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Our office is located in Roswell and we are open to considering candidates outside the greater Atlanta area.

Job Requirements:

· Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university

· Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the State of Georgia Bar

· Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product

· Experience handling civil defense litigation matters in one or more of the following areas: insurance defense and/or tort litigation

· Experience handling motor vehicle matters including uninsured motorist (UIM) claims preferred.
