JOB SUMMARY: This is an intern position that will provide systems application support to our channel partners, consultants, Reps and prospective users within the Systems Business Unit. Primary duties are first-response customer phone support and basic software/hardware troubleshooting. This position requires broad skills and knowledge of QSC's Systems products, including Q-SYS Level 1 certification. The successful candidate must be able to work professionally with all levels of employees and interface well with external professionals, distributors, Reps and dealers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - IT networking experience and AV experience and a passion to learn are highly desirable - Experience with AutoCAD and Customer Requirement Management (CRM) software, like Salesforce, are highly desirable - Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PPT) - Strong collaboration skills with Tier 2 Team, Customer Service Team and cross functional teams - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting specific deadlines - Good written, verbal & presentation skills - Creative, motivated, reliable, quick learner and possess a natural curiosity with network based products - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
