About the Role:

Join the dynamic team at OM Group Wingstop in Coon Rapids, MN, as an Assistant Manager! This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a passionate team in delivering exceptional service and delicious wings to our loyal customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.

Ensure high standards of food safety and quality are maintained.

Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.

Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any guest issues.

Oversee inventory management and assist with ordering supplies.

Support marketing initiatives to promote store promotions and events.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Contribute to achieving sales goals and enhancing store profitability.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus.

1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
