About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at OM Group Wingstop in Maple Grove, MN, as a QSR Wingstop Cook! This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your culinary skills while working in a fast-paced, fun environment dedicated to serving delicious wings and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to Wingstop standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.

Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of ingredients.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Monitor cooking times and temperatures to achieve perfect wing flavor and texture.

Participate in training new team members on cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any special requests.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or fast-food environment preferred.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for food and a positive attitude towards customer service.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
