CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
A part-time position in the Memphis, Tn. office for a few weeks each quarter
General Purpose of Position:
Perform call center duties in support of the EQRO Validation Surveys. Validation Surveys are conducted quarterly on a selection of files to determine the accuracy of the data submitted. Once selected providers are surveyed and responses are data entered; work is complete until data files are received for next quarter. Associates are contingent/seasonal and are scheduled to work on an "as needed" basis in the Memphis office. Employment of contingent associates is unfixed and sporadic. Perform other duties as assigned. Associates so designated shall receive only those benefits statutorily required.
