    Responsibilities:

    • Establish our eCommerce direct to consumer business as well as our direct sales through our website for manufacturing orders
    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
    • Determine brand marketing strategy for our eCommerce business
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
    • Respond to all sales leads in a timely manner
    • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
    • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Create sales material to present to customers
    • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demography
    • Generate and submit sales and analytics reports to management

    Qualifications:

    • Strong business acumen
    • Knowledgeable about introducing a brand to the marketplace in the eCommerce space
    • Understands how to build the brand via various social media strategies
    • Team player and easily adapts
    • Microsoft office proficient with a targeted competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • At least three years of eCommerce sales experience required
    • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., NetSuite) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
    • Knowledge of beverage or tea/coffee industry preferred
    • Distributor relationship management a plus
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
