Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for quality assurance purposes.
Identify defects and non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Participate in internal audits and assist in maintaining ISO certification standards.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in quality control preferred.
2+ years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
