We are seeking several experienced, motivated Sales Associates to join our small but friendly sales-driven team! You will sell our services and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company services to new customers in person
• Prospect and contact potential customers by phone, email, etc.
• Reach out to sales targets based on geographical assigned areas
• Offer solutions to drive company revenue with ideas/facts/trends

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales is a MUST; customer service, or other related fields are a plus
• Ability to build working relationships with clients, managers and coworkers
• Strong closing skills
• Pleasant/professional demeanor 
• Have a strong sense of urgency to produce new customers
• Willing to work out in the field but also report to the office weekly for meetings, cold calling and calling leads
• Willingness to take the lead, but also be willing to receive guidance from managers
• Have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines)

SALARY, BENEFITS & EXTRA’S:

QWQER Express offers a starting salary of $40,000.00 - $50,000.00** Annual base, depending on strengths and experience PLUS 5% commission on your sales; mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines. **After 90 days, a review of your salary and performance will be conducted to give you an opportunity to prove your skills.

·       *1 week paid vacation plus 3-days sick time after probation period

        *7 Holidays paid after probation period
