    We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our Human Resources Department. You will supervise one HR Specialist and work closely with other resources within

    our company, including our Payroll Manager. You will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and become part of the team building a culture and creating

    a great place to work.

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    You will lead the effort in creating and administering HR policies, working with managers

    to understand and implement recruiting needs and keep us compliant with state and federal laws. You will participate in creating a positive company culture and an open door for employee relations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Execute Best Recruitment Methods

    · Create and Place Ads

    · Onboard Associates into Paycom

    · Work with Benefits Administrator

    · Perform Reference Checks

    · Update Employee Handbook

    · Create HR Policies

    · Initiate Federal, California and Local Compliance

    · Participate in Associate Training

    · Recommend Compensation

    · Resolve Workplace Disputes and Problems

    · Provide Great Customer Service to All Associates

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3-4 years HR experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail orientated and can handle multiple tasks at once
    • Conduct self in professional matter with all levels of employees including executive management.
    • SPHR, PHR, CPHR, SHRM preferred
    • Experience with Paycom a plus
