QuEST Global Services is actively searching for a Procurement Processes Program Manager. This position will be a key role in the QuEST Center of Competence reporting directly to the General Manager, Supply Chain Services. JOB SUMMARY: The Procurement Processes Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Services organization in identifying and driving efficiencies, value and consistency in Procure 2 Pay processes. In this leadership role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing a governance framework for policies, procedures and business practices to support the end to end Procurement process; overseeing SOX and other compliance activities; developing/updating/training policies and procedures, and building on our analytics, reporting and KPI dashboard efforts. A primary area of expansion includes the development of a back order processing center in a low cost area. Working in collaboration with other Center of Competence leaders, responsibilities will also include building and strengthening their own team as well as other Center of Competence team members. CENTRAL PROCUREMENT:
GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE: Ensures the execution of standards, controls, policies, procedures and performance metrics to effectively and efficiently manage Supply Chain Services across the company.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Responsible for identifying and supporting a variety of Procurement related continuous improvement projects. Depending on scope of assignment ensuring they are properly planned, implemented, monitored, and evaluated for results. These projects include, but are not limited to supplier quality initiatives, supplier development initiatives, delivery assurance initiatives and system implementations and upgrades.
ANALYTICS AND REPORTING: Provide management reporting, scorecards, and analysis for Project Managers
OTHER:
Deploys strategic enterprise thinking by developing a knowledge of industry trends, digitization tools, sustainability initiatives, etc. for strategic planning purposes and potential revenue growth opportunities.
Develops training materials and programs in collaboration with the Training team.
Initiates training and development plans focused on employee competence expansion and retention.
Supports team Employee Satisfaction (E-SAT) activities in support of effective employee morale, retention and development.
Supports all QuEST initiatives in driving the QuEST culture.
Responsible for effective hiring of resources to meet customer demand.
