Job Summary We are looking for a To-Go Specialist committed to showing our guests the best of who we are, whether dining in or taking our great food to-go. This isn’t your boring ordinary pick-up window – this is WINGO!
Responsibilities
Takes and packages to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders, and takes payments from guests
Sells merchandise including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings
Assists with menu selection and makes recommendations when necessary
Addresses guests' concerns or issues, escalating to management as needed
Ensures the to-go and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior to-go or host/cashier experience is a plus, but not required
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
